Introduction

There is no quick fix to well-being.

And, it doesn’t require expensive retreats, yoga classes, or supplements.

Well-being that is authentic and sustainable requires internal work.

It requires a balanced focus on all aspects of our well-being – a balance that is unique to you, your life, and your needs.

Goals of this Course

The goals of this course are simple:

  1. Learn about what holistic well-being actually is.

  2. Make what you learn actionable (adj.: able to be done or acted on; having practical value).

Where are you starting?

Below are five reflection questions that I encourage you to spend time with at the start of this series.

  1. What do you currently know and understand about your well-being?

  2. What do you want to learn about well-being, and your well-being specifically?

  3. How would you evaluate your current well-being, overall?

  4. What about your well-being do you want to improve, and why?

  5. What is currently getting in the way of you making those improvements?

    • Is it a lack of attention, knowledge, tools, or support?

    • Or, is something actively going against well-being in your life?
