Relational Well-Being:
Setting Goals

Setting Goals for Relational Well-Being

You've now gone through reflection questions to assess your relational well-being as well as practices for cultivating your mental-emotional well-being.

Based on both the reflection questions and your experiences with the practices:

  1. Where do you feel like your relational well-being is going well? Where is there room for improvement?

  2. If there is room for improvement… Is improvement in this area of well-being something you want to work on right now? If so…

  3. Get specific: What within your mental-emotional well-being do you want to focus on? Keep the answer simple for now.

Keep your answers to these questions -- we will use them in the Creating Lasting Change section of the course.

Relational Well-Being:

  1. Positive relationships with others

  2. Social integration

  3. Social acceptance

  4. Social contribution

  5. Social actualization

  6. Social coherence
