You've now gone through reflection questions to assess your relational well-being as well as practices for cultivating your mental-emotional well-being.
Based on both the reflection questions and your experiences with the practices:
Where do you feel like your relational well-being is going well? Where is there room for improvement?
If there is room for improvement… Is improvement in this area of well-being something you want to work on right now? If so…
Get specific: What within your mental-emotional well-being do you want to focus on? Keep the answer simple for now.
