For people who are doing well on paper but feeling something deeper is missing, this work offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what actually matters. Through 1:1 and small group coaching as well as online, self-paced courses, we move beyond optimization and into a more honest, sustainable way of living.

Who This is For

You are capable, thoughtful, and by most measures doing well. And yet something feels off. Maybe you're burned out, or quietly wondering if this is all there is. Maybe you're in the middle of a transition and aren't sure who you're becoming. Maybe you've been so focused on achieving that you've lost the thread of what actually feels meaningful.

This work is for high-achieving people who are ready to slow down long enough to ask better questions — executives, entrepreneurs, working parents, PhD graduates stepping into what's next, and anyone who suspects that optimizing harder is not the answer.

  • Personalized sessions focused specifically on your life, your experiences, and your evolving needs.

    Our work begins with a 3-hour initial session ($250) — a dedicated space to go deep, understand your well-being across multiple dimensions, and begin to clarify what matters most.

    From there, ongoing coaching is available by invitation at $200/month, which includes one session per month, brief check-ins in between, and additional support as relevant to your journey.

  • Some moments in life call for more than a monthly check-in. This offering is for people who are ready — or need — to go deeper.

    Whether you are navigating a major life transition, recovering from serious burnout, or simply at a point where you know something has to change and you want sustained, focused support to get there, this package creates the container for that kind of work.

    This is the most immersive way to work with me. Over the course of our time together, we move beyond reflection and into real, sustained engagement with your well-being — building practices, tracking what's shifting, and adjusting as your life and needs evolve.

    What's Included:

    Each month includes three 2-hour sessions, between-session support, and practices tailored specifically to where you are in your process. Sessions are structured but responsive — we follow a thread, and we follow you.

    Over the course of three months, we might move through:

    • A comprehensive picture of your well-being across physical, emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual dimensions

    • The patterns, histories, and conditions that are shaping your current experience.

    • What is getting in the way — and what is quietly already working.

    • Practices and commitments that are genuinely sustainable in the context of your actual life.

    • A clearer sense of who you are, what you need, and how you want to move forward.

    Who this is for

    This package is well-suited for executives, entrepreneurs, and high-capacity individuals who are accustomed to bringing full effort to everything except themselves — and who are ready to change that. It is also a strong fit for anyone navigating a significant transition: leaving a career, completing a graduate program, stepping into a new chapter, or emerging from a period of depletion.

    Investment

    $600/month, minimum 3-month commitment ($1,800 total).

  • Well-being is not something we cultivate in isolation. Small group coaching brings together a handful of people for shared exploration, honest conversation, and the kind of connection that is increasingly rare in modern life.

    Past group topics have included:

What we Work On

Well-being is not a destination, a productivity system, or a self-care routine. It is something we cultivate — slowly, honestly, and in relationship with ourselves and others.

In our work together, we explore questions like:

  • What does well-being actually look and feel like in your life right now?

  • What is nourishing you — and what is quietly draining you?

  • Where do you feel disconnected: from yourself, from others, from a sense of meaning or purpose?

  • What would it look like to live more fully, without it requiring a complete overhaul of your life?

Topics we may explore together include burnout and recovery, purpose and meaning, life transitions, relational well-being, spiritual well-being, community and belonging, self-compassion, and finding your way back to a life that feels like yours — off the screen and in the world.

This is not therapy. It is reflective, integrative, and forward-looking — designed to support insight, intention, and real change.

A note on what this is not

This is not a program designed to make you more productive, more optimized, or better at performing wellness. It is an invitation to step back from that altogether — and to ask what a good life actually looks and feels like for you.
