ORGANIZATIONAL SERVICES

Research & consulting grounded in evidence.

I work with organizations, HR teams, nonprofits, and public agencies who need research and consulting that balances rigor with adaptability. I bring you actionable findings and love to support implementation of findings and change management.

Not sure which service fits your situation? Most engagements start with a short discovery call. I'll ask about your goals, your constraints, and what you've already tried — and we'll figure out together what makes sense.

Program Evaluation

Evaluation of existing programs. Organizations spend significant resources on these programs — this is the work that tells you whether that investment is doing what you intended. Particularly useful for grant-funded work, funder reporting, or internal program review.

TYPICALLY INCLUDES:

  • Logic model development or review

  • Outcome and process measure design

  • Data collection and analysis

  • Evaluation report with findings and implications

  • Optional: Presentation(s) to stakeholders

  • Add on: Implementation support

AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

  • Social service systems (e.g., homelessness, behavioral health, care coordination)

  • Employee well-being and burnout (prevention, strategies, listening programs)

Survey Design & Analysis

Custom survey development, administration support, quantitative and/or qualitative analysis, and reporting. Can be scoped as a standalone project or as a component of a larger engagement. Particularly strong fit for organizations that have data but need help making sense of it.

  • Instrument design grounded in construct validity and informative findings

  • Administration and response rate support

  • Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis

Needs Assessments

A comprehensive mixed-methods needs assessment within your organization or community. I design the study, collect the data, analyze it, and deliver findings your leadership can act on — not a canned report with benchmarks that don't fit your context.

  • Analysis of pre-existing system-level data

  • Integrated quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Executive summary and findings report

Employee Listening Strategy

An advisory or consulting engagement for HR or People Analytics teams designing or overhauling their employee listening infrastructure. I help you think through cadence, survey architecture, question design, driver analysis methodology, and how to translate results into organizational action.

TYPICALLY INCLUDES:

  • Current state audit of listening program

  • Survey instrument design and psychometric review

  • Recommendations on pulse vs. annual vs. lifecycle architecture

  • Reporting and action-planning framework

  • Optional: Analysis support for existing survey data

A research-grounded written product for external or internal audiences — synthesizing existing literature, original analysis, or both. Useful for organizations publishing thought leadership, positioning a program or initiative, or communicating research findings to a non-research audience.

TYPICALLY INCLUDES:

  • Literature review and synthesis

  • Original data analysis (if applicable)

  • Professionally formatted written deliverable
