Coaching

Upon purchasing, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.

Yes! After the initial 1:1 intake session, participants are invited to book regular (e.g., biweekly, once per month, etc.) sessions. These ongoing coaching sessions include additional resources, brief check-ins in between, and other 1:1 support throughout the month.

Coaching is generally not refundable. However, please reach out if you are unhappy with the value of your session. I am always open to feedback and, depending on the nature of the complaint, would be happy to find ways to make our work together more applicable and meaningful for your life.
Online Courses

Once you enroll, you will receive an email with login instructions and a link to access the course platform. You can access the course anytime, anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection.

Courses are accessible on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. It is recommended to use a modern web browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for the best experience.

Most courses are self-paced, meaning you can complete them at your own speed. Check your course details for any specific deadlines or time limits.
